Comfortable room, well-stocked breakfast buffet. Tanya at the front desk provided really good customer service, while the indoor swimming pool offered a great way to unwind after exploring.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place, it's stunningly beautiful and wonderful. Make sure you stay in the queen room with a pull out couch as well as 2 queen beds. There's a nice bar at the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight with its variety and cleanliness, while Owen and Dan provided excellent service by bringing out extra berries and hot coffee. The king room was impeccably clean, complemented by comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen that was like home.

The staff, especially the manager Lewella Whitaker, were really good. She went out of her way to provide a wheelchair for my husband when we faced accessibility issues. The breakfast options were diverse and well-prepared. The team showed genuine care .

the only downside was that the room lacked a safe for valuables but the breakfast buffet was super good with fresh berries and coffee, the kitchen was really handy for late-night snacks and the beds felt like clouds after a long day.

The staff were very good. Tanya even found me herbal tea to help with my evening routine. The spacious King Room with Sofa Bed was not only super tidy but also equipped with a full refrigerator and a microwave-perfect for storing leftovers from nearby restaurants!

Noise from neighboring rooms can be quite disruptive!!! It would also be beneficial to improve the hot water situation, as not having this basic necessity is disappointing!!!
